How to Fill Out the Twin Mom Daily Planner

  • Date: Write the current date (e.g., June 05, 2025).
  • Main Priority: Note your top task or goal for the day.
  • To Do: List tasks for Twin A and Twin B with checkboxes to track completion.
  • Schedule: Fill in the daily timetable (e.g., 06:00 AM for wake-up, 12:00 PM for lunch).
  • Meals: Plan meals for Twin A and Twin B in the respective grids.
  • Hours Sleep: Record sleep hours for Twin A and Twin B.
  • Mood Tracker: Mark the mood (e.g., 😊, 😔) for each twin daily.
  • Notes: Jot down any additional thoughts or reminders.

How to Use the Feeding & Sleep Weekly Planner for Twins (0-6 Months)

  • Week: Enter the week number (e.g., Week 1).
  • Twin Names: Write the names of Twin 1 and Twin 2 at the top of their respective columns.
  • Day: Each row corresponds to a day of the week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Time: Note the time of each activity (e.g., 7:00 AM for feeding).
  • Feeding: Mark with ✎ when each twin is fed.
  • Sleep: Use ✿ to indicate when each twin sleeps.
  • Diapers: Check the box for "Wet" or "Dirty" to track diaper changes.
  • Notes: Add any extra details, like behavior or milestones, in the Notes column.
